   Q. I do have a very painful/severe period pain. Right from the 1st day i saw my period it was very painful since 12 years of age. Since then i have suffered severly with this till present. Spoken to doctors they recommend i go on a pill to stop or control my period but if i must have a period in a month it wont be painful as such. While other recommend i take Mefanamic Acid, which also helps me with the pain....Now my question is, what can i do to reduce this pain or do i go for a scan to find out what is happening. I am suffering a lot with this and it does affect my work and attendance. Please help!
